Paining while urination, itching continu

Itching continuously on area n paining during urination, problem is from 2 days and have tounge infection too, started from tooth ache went to dentist n told me it's wisdom teeth is giving pain to gums coz my mouth cavity is small so took 5 day course of clavum tab bt from last two days paining in urination staterd
