Paining stomach since 24hrs

I'm suffering from stomach paining since last 24 hrs with frequently headache and cramps. I cant even stand on legs.

Hello out waste you to go to nearest emergency department and it yourself examined... The common causes of stomach ache would be appendicitis, renal stones o,r gallstones which causes such severe acute pain...please meet a doctor...thank you
