I am having left chest pain since last 10 days just heaviness in chest. Also difficult to take breath.

Hi, when does the pain increase or decrease ? Is it continue or intermittent? Do you smoke/hypertension/high cholesterol?

Any pain while walking , climbing stairs , physician exertion . If any pain on exertion which makes to stop then seems likely cardiac
