Painfull Throat
Hi Doctor,
My wife has been suffering from severe pain in her throat and has been taking medication for swelled up glands. She also has severe nasal block coz of which she find a it difficult to breath and sleep. There are ulcers on the tongue as well. Can you please advise.

Hello, she has multiple problems, mouth ulcer could be due to metabolic disturbance, trauma , hot food items, vitamin deficiencies etc.. Let her take buttermilk , curd ,tender coconut , local anesthestic gell relieves pain. vitamin B 12 tablets helps to subside ulcer. She can use Nasal decongestant to relieve nasal block ,Nasal block, throat pain , all suggests allergy. Take her to different environment for sometime. Consult ENT specialist.
