Painfull Pimples Over Body
I Am Suffering From The Pimples As Shown In The Attached Picture. Its Very Painfull.
I Had A Sexual Encounter With A Prostitute But The Protection Was Broken That Time. I Had A HIV DNA PCR At 17 Days It Was Negative. Today 2 Months Is Completed. I Am Suffering From The Painfull Pimples.

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. In this condition, pimples erupt on the back and shoulder area which then subside after few days with pigmentation.
