Painful sore tounge, sore throat
I've been having a painful awoken tounge for 3 days now. My troat has been hurting for about 4 days now. The taste buds seem enlarged. There are patches of red swollen bumps on the tip of te tounge and one or two swolen ones on the back of my tounge.
