Painful red bumps on right thigh, groin
Painful red skin bumps spread on the right thigh, groin and hips. Unable to walk properly, feeling general fatigue (feverish). Progressively increasing from past 4-5 days. Also feeling mild pain (tingling sensation) in most part of the body when skin is rubbed

It's Fungus  infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation
