Painful Popping Knee Sensation
When I sit in a Kneeling position and try to come back up I often get this popping sensation in my knee that is then immediately followed by a wave of extreme pain to the point where I can't move my knee, eventually the pain subsides and I go back to doing my original activity.

In my opinion u need to go for few blood test like calcium vitamin d vitamin b12 I think u will be having deranged value of these components...kindly get these test done this sound is becoz of the deranged value of the components in ur body.. u need to take supplement medications for this
