Dear Sir, I have  severe  pain during periods, How to reduce pain, Please give me solution for my problem.

Hi dysmenorrhea is common in majority of ladies these days ... before starting anti spasmodics make sure that there is no internal pathology or abnormality related your ovaries... once it's normal you can take antispasmodics as per advice...
