Painful lump in armpit

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I developed something like pimple on my left armpits after waxing around 3 years back. Sometimes I used to press it inorder to clean it. Then it appeared like a blackhead which is very deep. Two months back after waxing I noticed that there is a painful lump now.
