Painful lump at the back of neck
I was having problem moving my head on the right side as I was feeling a feeble pain at the back of the neck. I thought that's due to some bad sleeping posture. But 2days ago I noticed theres a small lump at the back of my head (near the right ear). It is painful if I touch it and If I move my head that side, it pains. It feels like a painful boil under the skin. But again, I'm too scared as I thought that it can be a tumour. I stay alone, away from my hometown and there's no one to look after me. Please help me with the best way to deal with this. I'm like literally scared and thinking about this the whole day.
