Painful feet soles and elbows
Whenever I walk I have pain in my soles and now after lockdown my elbows are paining which at times extends to wrist even while sleeping.

Pain in soles can be multifactorial.Reduce your weight if overweight.Take vit d 60 k every weekly for 8 weeks.Use MCR footwear regularly . Pain in forearms seems to due to Tennis elbow because of overwork.Can use a painkiller from nearby pharmacy for 10 days .

Sole pain may occur due to continuous standing leading to local inflammation of plantar fascia ( plantar fasciitis). There may be associated inflammation around elbow joint. Need to know further details for appropriate diagnosis.. You can start with local ointment and analgesic support for temporary relief.
