Painful Excretion
From the past few days, I'm experiencing a painful excretion. I have to exert a lot of pressure to excrete. My anus hurts as I could feel a sharp pain while excreting. The pain remains for a few minutes maybe.

you may be suffering from anal fissure. Its an ulcer in your anus. drink plenty of water, eat lot of green leafy vegetable and salad. take a tub add warm water in it, add half spoon of patassium permagnet powder (it will be a violet colour powder you can easily get in medical shop) and sit in it for 5 min in morning and evening. this is called as seitz bath. take syrup duphalac 20 ml at bedtime.
