Painful boils on buttocks

Asked for Female, 29 Years

From past 6-7 months i am getting these pimples near anal area ,to touch they seems just like nodular pimples but painful to touch,I am applying tbact/mupi ointment as directed by my dermatologist but no efeect so far,cant sit on floor anymore.Please suggest.I travels a lot due to work so not able to consult in person.
