Greetings,A boil is a skin infection that starts in a hair follicle or oil gland. Generally starts as a reddened, tender area. Over time, the area becomes firm and hard. Eventually, the center of the abscess softens and becomes filled with white cells that the body sends to fight the infection. Most boils are caused by staph bacteria .Kindly consult with your dermatologist or you may can contact me either through private chat or via clinic.Regards Dr shuhaib MP
