Painful & Itchy eyes
My child is having pain and itchy sensation in his right eye. It has also turned bit red. Kindly suggest.

is there any discharge? I would like to see a picture at the very least as it could be an infection or allergy the treatments for each are opposite.

It can be due to allergic conjunctivitis.give him betoact eye drop twice a day and just tears eye drop 4 times a day for 1month.But do get his eyes examined by an ophthalmologist once.
