Painful acne and dark spots on full face
My age is 25years.I ve been having this acne issue since last 3-4 years, but it has developed to an extreme level lately. These acnes are very painful even if i accidently touch them, plus some of them are very big in size, its generally in a lot quantity through out my face cut line, i.e from ear to ear, plus even if i do not break them still it leaves adamant dark spots behind, i ve so many dark spots that even a small acne leaves its spot behind even if i dont touch it, i put on fresh aloe vera gel on my face but it soothes only for sometime and them again it starts paining and developing. My whole face is full of this acne, moreover it has darken my whole face, the shade of my face has become almost 3-4 times darken to my body skin color, i ve been to doctor and even tried laser treatment but nothing helped but darken my skin tone. I request you to help me with the suitable treatment that can help me get a clean glowing skin.
