I am having pain in right shoulder when i twist the hand to back i used volin spray I am attaching x ray reports with this question

This pain can occur due to Impingement syndrome. This condition is detected on ultrasonography of shoulder. Your X Ray appears normal as X ray cannot pick up problems in muscle or tendon.
