Pain while swallowing sore throat ,fever
I've been having some throat pain a few days back and it started getting worse. Now I'm having high fever and severe body ache. And from morning I couldn't swallow a thing. By throat looks like it's red inside and got boils (not the white one though) and morning I have spit some blood in the saliva.

Drink plenty of water,eat soft foods like cooked cereal, mashed potatoes, soft fruits, yogurt and soft-cooked eggs...give adequate rest to your body..Avoid spicy foods or acidic foods.
Gargle with warm salt water. gargling several times a day can help relieve throat pain....you will require antibiotics to clear up infection..and take paracetamol 650 mg thrice daily for 2 days with that... Consult nearest physician for clinical examination they will do the needful.
