Pain while sitting long

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have problem , while sitting long time after an hour it starts to feel uncomfortable I checked doctor regarding piles but he checked said its body heat need to eat lot of fruits but I don't have bleeding jus I couldn't sit for long time .. Pls help me and say initial stage of piles symptoms..
