Pain while passing stool
There has been mild pain for around 2 months during bowel movements but that was not continuous. Now for couple of weeks I am having severe pain while passing stool. Please suggest.

Hi.... Adding fiber to your diet increases the weight of your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines. Slowly begin to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day. Choose whole-grain breads and cereals.... Exercise regularly. Engage in 30 minutes or more of moderate physical activity, such as walking, most days of the week. Exercise promotes regular bowel movements and increases blood flow to all parts of your body....
