Pain while passing motion and sitting

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I was diagnosed with fissure, but it healed. Afterwards I started feeling pain in my hip around 2inch from anal hole while sitting. I am experiencing burning while passing motion too. I did multiple checkups but doctors are telling that fissure is not present and it can be due to some nerve got effected while healing. Till now no solution.
