Pain while exercising arms
I am unable to do pull ups bcoz my teres major and tricep long head pains. It happen 1 week ago and still hasnt healed yet. before I could do pull ups daily.

Apply Ice pack on the painful area followed by some relative stretchings. Then slowly replace ice pack to hot pack for 15min may be after 2-3 days followed by strengthening exercises & ice pack for 10min end of exercise. Strengthening exercises use with Dumbbells, Therabands mainly. Also closed chain exercises including weight bearing. Later you can go for hard exercises may be after 15days according to your comfort. Do hot and cold formentation for 25 minutes.  For 2 to 3 days. If it is not improving then cunsult physiotherapists near abt you.  Don't do any exercise for few days.

Try using a hot salt water heat treatment for few days. Also take a break from exs for 1 week. Use Mountain Ice gel on affected area before sleeping.
Health Tips
If hot water treatment is counter productive, use ice pack. As unless I see the patient its difficult to suggest wch of these will work properly.

Please Visit near by physio they may use technique named MFR ,some isometric Exs in which no movement of arm occur, in the same sitting if they give TENS & US  to increase Blood circulation, You will have great relife in pain . Ask them about progressive strengthening. All this will take one to 2 week.
