Hi doc I have a habit of sitting on my couch wid my left leg folded like we sit in yoga. But from past few days I am having a bad pain under my ankle.I have a football match dis week so plz advice smthin. .....

The pain maybe because of a nerve getting pinched, ankle tendons getting stretched. Change posture of sitting and do cold compresses. Take a painkiller if not settled see an Ortho surgeon Dr Sandip Gupta
