Pain in left ankle
Hi. My wife jumped in sitting position from a 5 feet wall and got her left ankle sprained. Having pain in walking and bit of swelling. Pls help.

Hello..
Please get a x Ray done...we need to rule out fracture... How bad is the pain? Keep hot fomentations for pain relief and you can use analgesics also....consult orthopaedician
