You pain based on your description , muscular skeletol pain. Take painkiller with muscle relaxant for 2 days. Get one baseline ecg. If it is normal no need to worry. Young femal 26 years with no comorbidities , heart pain unlikely.

Hi. Pain during exercise is usually musculoskeletal pain only and it will respond with pain relieving medications. Anyway take an ECG as baseline investigation and consult with doctor if symptoms persists.
