Pain the the vagina area
I have pain, redness, a white discharge, burning, and just pain in my lower area. This is been here for about 2 days.

It most likely seems a case of PID & proper course of antibiotics will be required. Is there any kind of itching? Have you had any fever. A course of antibiotic and antifungal will definitely help the problem.
Use hygenic intimate was liquids to keep the area clean and hygenic. About intercourse for atleast 1 week. Drink loads of water.
Next Steps
Hygebic wash and antibiotic course. For now crocin will help. Consult a gynaecologist.
