Pain sensation in kidney but usg is norm

Hello I had my ultra sound yesterday and found nothing in my kidneys everything is normal shape and size but still sometime i feel pain sensation in my right kidney something unusual feel in my kidney area

Don’t make your own diagnosis. That pain might be muscle origins/ gall bladder origin, spine/ nerves origin or sometimes from lungs as well. So consult a doctor and take opinion. If kidneys are ok on USG and there is no urine infection than cause of pain is not likely to be kidney. Do urine r:m and culture if not done till now.
