Hello, I have a pain in my leg which starts with pins and needles sensation. I consulted a orthodpedic doctor and took pain killers but it doesn't help. I think it's not to do with the bones. I am confused what is the probable problem and which doctor specialist should I consult.

The problem is in nerves which is part of spine and comes out of spinal cord. Need to control diabetic status n BP. Daily walks n exercises.
