I have pain in the biceps of right hand from 1 year.
Went through needling technique, but nothing worked.
Also had MRI in which the result came out as swelling in shoulder muscles.Went through physiotherapy, no effect.
Want some effective solution for this.

I understand from your brief details that you have pain in biceps and mri shows problem in your shoulder. Well there are problems/pathology where pain goes down in biceps because of problem in shoulder. You will need to provide more details like how did the pain start? and any fever, is the swelling visible from outside, what movements cause the pain, what is written in the mri report. So for all that evaluation we need to talk in detail . We need to see if the swelling is in joint / muscle / or ligaments !
Next Steps
You will require further evaluation and consultation with me for your treatment Dr Abhay Agarwal .

Please provide your professional history and the lifestyle related history about your right upper limb. How much is your gadget use, the driving, cooking if any, writing etc. This looks more like a biceps muscle stiffness.
Next Steps
we can do a teleconsultation for more details about your problem and provide guidance regarding management.
This is inadequate history. Shoulder is a complex of five joints and pain may arise from anyone of them. Usually biceps is not the cause of pain in majority of cases but AC joint problems and ligament plus problems would dominate at your age!
I have seen many inadequate MRIs and less than desirable reports far too often!
You need a physical examination along with viewing of MRI films to reach a proper diagnosis!
