  4. Pain on side of left thigh. And remedy.

Pain on side of left thigh
From 4 days I am getting occasional severe pain on upper left side of left thigh. The pain is not continuous, it lasts for about 30 seconds to one minute. Please let me know what could be the reason and remedy.
