Pain on lower right chest
I am having pain on lower right chest for 3 to 4 days. It's not a constant pain but comes with movement especially when I move my right hand to right side or upper side and certain other movements.

Its not cardiac, and not acidity.. when a pain comes with movement it is related to muscle and called muscular pain.
Take muscle relaxant like.
TAB ZERODOL TH twice daily for 5 days
No need of any investigations as of now
