Brother age 27 sudden he was had pain on chin and lips below area with swelling since yesterday night .
Pls tell reasons what is called don't know . Advice any tips and tabs

It seems like infection of the lower tooth.. leading to pus formation.. so kindly share pic if possible..
or else by your given description, it needs an X-ray alongwith clinical evaluation .. it might go for RCT

it would be more clear if you can share pics , sometime abcess can lead to this . but without any clinical correlation no can come to final diagnosis.
