Pain on left side
My husband 48 years old who is otherwise in good health complained of pain on middle back left side with no other symptoms 3 days back .Now it is presenting as dull pain on left side which comes and goes.what could it be ?He came back from international travel last Sunday and pain started from Friday.

This seems to be of a nerve issue due to wrong posture or excessive stress/ exhaustion.
He need posture correction as well as few exercises and medication.
Is the pain near neck too ?
Is he able to uplift his hand easily or with pain ?
Does he feel dizziness ?
Is the pain more while laying down in bed ?
