Pain on contracting pelvic muscles

I sometimes feel pain on contracting pelvic muscles. I also feel pain when having kind of erection. Often, I feel burning sensation on passing stool. Often feels like rectum is full. urine seems clear. the pelvic pain is bothering me. plz help
