Pain on bottom part of fe
Hello. I feel pain on my left feet. Sometimes on my right feet. This is more painful when I walking or standing for a longer time. Sometime when I woke up in the morning from my bed when I place my feet on the floor it pain too.specifically the tarsal part of my feet. it has been 4 months. Im from malaysia

After going through your question which is little general I assume ur have pain around your sole or heel which denotes to planterfaciatis ,let a physiotherapist evaluates you to confirm this till that time try rolling an ice bottle under your sole 2 times a day . All the best have a speedy recovery .
