Pain near spine
My sister suffers from a pain which appears exact back to breast near spine and feels the same pain sometimes under the breast. Its like poking with a pin. Please let us know what might be the reason and suggest an appropriate doctor.

There can be a number of reasons for the pain and it depends on the exact location and also the features of the pain like when does it come, what makes it worse, what makes it better, does she have any other medical issues.
I would advice you to first approach a General Physician. An assessment will be made and investigations if any will be requested. If a further consultation is needed then an Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon will be correct.
As the symptoms are not typical for any specific type of problem, this will need to be your approach.
