Pain near ankle and heel
I jumped from a height and since then whenever I am walking I have pain near the heel of my left foot and the area between the outer ankle and the heel. But while resting there is no pain. What should be the immediate treatment? Should I consult an orthopaedic?

You should ice your heel. Use soft soled footwear. It's better to consult orthopaedician, if pain s persistant.
