Pain lower abdomen and right side leg

I am 27 weeks pregnant and I have pain in lower abdomen and right side leg due to which I am not able to move my leg and it feels like a cramp.
I experienced lower abdomen pain before too and thought its because of increased in weight of baby but now it feels like this pain has moved to my leg
Please suggest. What is it?
