Pain inside of sholderblade
I have a constant pain on the inside of my sholderblade it almost feels like it need to click also I can feel it when I breath all the way in and hold my breath

Does the pain worsen with movement of shoulder?Then its likely to be of musculoskeletal origin.If it worsens with deep breath it could be Pulmonary
