Pain in vaginal area after urination

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have pain in vaginal area after urinating in the last few drops of urine. And, after urinating I feel heaviness in the vaginal area and urge to urinate again and again. Can you please help me and tell me is there something serious problem going on please. I Beg you to please HELP ME PLEASE.
