  4. Pain in uterus. Pain due to bleeding?

Pain in uterus
I am having worst pain in my uterus suddenly I got my periods yesterday (13 November 2021) Before the day of my periods I got the pain in  my urination it lasted for few minutes and stopped after that I never felt that pain but after I got my periods I am having that pain not when I am passing urine.. but other times..it comes and goes after few minutes My last periods was (18th Oct 21) this month my periods was little early..I am not even married or sexually active What could be the reason for pain due to bleeding?
