Pain in urine tube and pubic area
Feeling pain in urine tube when urine or sperm comes out and sometimes it in pubic area. Visit to urologist and doing urine'RE&ME test result is normal , doing culture test result normal , doing usg kub*pvr result-prostate-18cc. Pvru-109cc. Kidney size , echotexture. Doing uroflowmetry result=max. Time-49sec. Max.flow18ml/sec. And min.flow 9ml/sec. Doctor given ALFUZOSIN10 and taking it 10days but no change what i do sir pls tell me what is the reason for these issue

Have to take antibiotics and pvrv is high. So some intervention needed.
