Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
It could be that she is having a urinary tract infection or a fungal infection named candidiasis.
For further evaluation and management, get a urine complete done and consult a gynecologist in person.
A physical examination anlong with the reports will give more insight into what exactly can be wrong and then can be treated appropriately.
