Pain in upper chest are on Right side
I have been having pain in upper chest area since 2 days. Pain is on upper right side of breast bone in chest. Pain is felt mainly while deep breath or on movement / stretching / bending the chest. I have checked my SPO2 level it is above 98. While, speaking on phone on walking there is a feeling of breathlessness but SPO2 is above 98. Currently, I am having lot of acidity as well. I have faced this problem 3-4 times earlier as well but it got resolved on its own in a week. Last time I faced it around 3-4 months back. Please suggest what is this.

Hi Your description of the pain is good. It looks the cause of pain is costochonditis which is basically a strain on the muscle bone junction. A simple paracetamol with rest and cold fomentation should do the trick. If it persists then we could speak over the phone.
