Pain in upper back while movement
Whenever I m doing some movement upper back is paining. As if like air got trapped in that portion. Only when I am moving it is paining

Take hot water fomentation for upper back. Do shoulder shrugs, bracing, chin tucks and neck movement exercises. Consult a Physio if pain doesn't subside.
