Pain in upper abdomen
She is always suffering from upper abdomen pain since 3 months above. The pain goes less after taking food. She takes pantodac 40 in empty stomach and some times she takes mucaine gel 2 tea spoons if pain hit more. Pls suggest what to do.

Please get an ultrasound of the abdomen+pelvis done and endoscopy done. It could be severe gastritis or could be gall bladder stones. Gallstones also have similar symptoms like gastritis (acidity). But many people, because they dont do USG are not aware of it.
