Pain in upper abdomen,

Question

Asked for Male, 55 Years

Patient has pain in upper abdomen(left hand side) since last 10 days. He also complains like some swelling is there . pain has been reduced using colspa and vibact DS tab. but the skin burning sensation above affected area still persists. Please advice me what to do. Patient has a history of diabetes, but no BP/thyroid problem.
