Both side upper abdominal pain

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I have fatty liver 16cm, stone in kideny (2-4 mm) ,overweight 93 kg and in LFT alkaline phasphaste is 182. My problem is upper abdominal pain(more on left side).What can be its cause of these issues.
