My father has been suffering from acute pain in d abdomen sinc d past few days. His haemoglobin is also low and we have consulted a general physician ... Littl bit of relief is there but as soon as he eats smthng, the pain again starts.

Hello there...indigestion and gastritis might be the cause for your problem..get an endoscopy done and other possible causes are,renal stones,constipation,pancreatitis, mesentric lymphadenitis etc... It may be muscular as well... So cause must be evaluated in detail...consult nearest surgeon for clinical examination and for investigations like ultrasound abdomen and pelvis etc...Consult them they will do the needful
